    I do not see how she is going to manage to argue in favor of staying in the UK to receive free treatment. It was ruled before that it would only be permissible if there were no treatment facilities in their home countries.

    Uganda does not fall under that banner. In 2001 $47.5 million was given by the World Bank to be spent on HIV/AIDS treatment over a five year period. IF and that is a very big IF she wins, it would without a doubt open the flood gates for everyone to flood the UK’s medical system with AIDS/HIV cases. The question remains, would it end there or would there be a need to add other diseases? Would XDR TB be the next medical condition to surface?
